It does not speak specifically of the forums.
Independently, GOG.com is effectively a store. The forums are not the the whole store, but they are indeed part of the overall experience.
Personally, I have no problems with the forums, and do not believe a change is needed (save perhaps the bugs.)
Your remaining comments are based around some idea that I believe such a level of service should be offered, and are arguing against it. Have fun with that straw man.

You did reply do my post 83 , which was based on the clusterfun coming from before and involving the high service ;)
And I was always the same opinion as you, the forums a generally fine.
And I was actually speaking out against the main thing, 2nd class citizens, of which I thought you were speaking for as well, meaning I was under the (wrong) assumption, you felt this way ;)
So just one of those misunderstandings? ;) Or better to say, there is nothing better than SPEAKING directly to each other ;)
