Few days ago I've bought classic Commandos games through the discount code I've got from a newsletter on my e-mail. I've downloaded all of them from my library to my external hard drive to have an offline access to those and everything was alright. Today though, all of those went missing, not only from my library, but from orders history too! I've never had such a problem and I'm kind of scared, that the same thing will start happening to other games in my library.

Could I get help with that? Do I have to make a ticket to GOG support team with data about purchase from my bank account?

You should have email confirming the purchase. Email GOG support to get this sloved because no one in here can do anything a out it.

Weird, when I click your profile it's saying doesn't exist anymore.

Are you sure it's the same account? I've seen a number of questions like this and they usually end up with the OP saying "oops, never mind, that was my other account". (Which I've never understood; multiple accounts seems like extra trouble for no benefit, but that's another topic.)

That just means it's private, like mine. Though I don't remember gogbear falling into the void, that's sad. :(
I've lost games too, I still can't find my GOG copy of Spec Ops: The Line.

Try making an "Account and website" ticket and choose "game not visible on shelf / list" as a problem type and attach screenshot of the order confirmation you've got on your e-mail after buying Spec Ops: The Line.

That's what worked for me. Few hours after sending a ticket, I've got instructions what to do to get Commandos games back and it all worked out great.

I bought it several years ago, don't have the email confirmation anymore but the day it was delisted from all platforms, it was removed from my account. The old gaming tower I had it installed on was damaged in a flood so it is inoperable and the game is lost. I checked my purchase history and its not there yet several other games from around the same time are there.

You made a thread on this months back and it was discovered after some questions you'd bought it (and some other games) from a grey market reseller.

His persistent lying and twisting of the truth is impressive. He has been doing it all year.

Bought the game directly from GOG. I didn't start buying from gray markets until late last year.

Try the following link when logged in, as well as logging out and back in first.

https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

Sometimes our library gets a glitch.

But like someone else wrote, if you have more than one GOG account, then you may have logged into the wrong one.
