Hi,

Just bought the Moo & Moo2 Pack.

Goodies are MOO2 Soundtrack and a HD Wallpaper. I can't find either in the GOG MOO2 folder.

I found manuals and Reference Card for MOO.

Also, I have a GAM saved file from an earlier MOO2 game (before my CD version stopped working) I was deep into. Where can I save it in the MOO2 folder to carry on?

Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give.

What are you using? Is it galaxy, then I cant help. Otherwise goto the store, looking n to your account and select library, find the game and extras are generally a file to the right hand side to download separately.

For saves it depends on the game. Find the folder where the game stores saves, could be install location, could be documents, could be %appdata% (put in windows explorer). Just copy the file in and should work.

If you use galaxy for downloading you'll find any downloaded extras in the 'downloads' folder to which galaxy is pointing. You may want to check your settings for that.
In Windows the game saves are here: C:\GOG Games\Master of Orion 2. In Linux they are (from memory, warning!) here: /home/MoO/Data. That MoO folder might be called something else, cannot remember. You can always start a new game and quit straight away to produce an automated save then search where that is located (search *.gam).

For your next game in MoO2 I suggest the new fan patch or plus patch (light mod). The fan patch for MoO (original) is nice too BUT before installing, you should read the discussion about it in the sub forum for the first three Master of Orion games.
