For some strange reason, this morning I thought about golf games...;) Couldn't find a single one on Gog--Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, et al...The genre was very popular years ago--I owned several of them at the time.

Steam has a few, I see:

I'm not really interested but picking up a couple of these on sale might be fun.
Auric atomised them all out of spite.
Pitch the idea to GOG, they might putt some in the store
The old Deer Hunter games would be cool to see here too.

Come to think of it, I rarely see sports games here.
The real one, not mutant whatever football league.
Well, we do have this:

Licensing real life athletes is costly. And I think legal hassle is more pain than it worth.
EA happened. They bought all the good licences and then ran them straight to the ground.

Reading the reviews to that gave me a sensible chuckle; 3 of them can't figure out controls, and one specifically is expecting an XBOX controller to work with a 1996 game.

My choice would be Sierra's Front Page Sports: Golf.

FOUR!!!!!!

Yes,it would be nice to see Links 2003 here.
Golf games are relaxing and enjoyable. A quality golf game on here would be an instabuy for me. I especially miss Golden Tee golf. Anyone else ever play that?
Ah, Golf games. I used to play some of them on the Amiga and Atari ST back in the 80s.

Yes. I consider Leaderboard Golf the absolute ultimate perfect golf simulation, and I'll bash with a pixelated fairway wood whoever dares questionning it.
