My pack of old Dragon magazines arrived from England today.

And then I went to the bookstore and got six great books for $2.25.
The new phone is pretty ace. Hardly surprising, considering the leap (Nokia C7 to Sony XPeria Z), but nice nevertheless.
Today I had a great day with my partner and his mum. I got bought a nice wool jacket and a pair of 3D printed skull earrings and then I brought myself a Wii and two games for 94 dollars. :D
:D
Hooray! I get - let's see... - five whole days to myself! I won't have to do anything but drink beer and play guitar! Oh, and work too, I guess, but only until Wednesday.
Last night's paper round clocked in at one hour fifty-nine minutes. Once I get summer tyres and the nights get warmer, I'll be doing the thing in under two hours consistently, I reckon.
There's a few things, not just from today either

System drive died without warning the other day, taking with it some stuff I really didn't wish to lose... ever. This pushed me to upgrade to a Samsung EVO 256GB SSD so Win 7 is running like a dream not only from the new install, but from being on an SSD :D Also got most of what I wanted recovered (thankyou EASEUS for such a great program)

Moved into a new house last week after having the previous house we rented for 6 years sold from under us. New place is so much better than the last in every way :D

Finally got my internet connection back today after two weeks of it being off due to moving house. Everything is updated and running smooth :D Life is good
Two things.

1) my recent bought of chronic bleeding and chest pains is not a relapse.

2)The stable is almost done, the harnesses have been ordered, the trailer has been purchased; all we need to do is pick up the donkeys themselves. Needless to say we are all very excited here.

Recieved two old strategy guides by mail: one for Warcraft III (alas it's not on GOG) and one for Ghost Recon (never played it before, but bought the game on GOG). I'm so much in love with good old paper.
Holy crap - I'd been using my Strat on Rocksmith, and just now finally got around to trying it out with my Parker P44. Kicks my Strat's ass.
May Day. Basically the biggest student celebrations of the year.
Noticed last night we have episodes of Drunk History waiting for us on the DVR.
Sithrak.

It's probably a trap.
Oh, a kiss. Long as my exile, sweet as my revenge.
My wife's workplace. She is valued, happy, challenged, consulted, included, honored.
