Now that you've pointed it out I can't unsee it. XD

The others are Jim Sterling, a young Lily Tomlin and whatever the name of the actress who played Tasha Yar is!

Ninja'd by your suggestions but I prefer mine!

Talk about TeamCoco :D Anyway, I have no idea what this game is...
A few more hints:

This was a DOS game, the shareware was distributed via a single 3.5 Floppy.

The developer has changed names since releasing this game and started self-publishing other titles via their website.

Here are a few more screenshots: -_^

The Complete Encyclopedia of Shareware Games on 2 CDs has failed me this time, although I might just be overlooking it.
This might be cheating but I got my brother to look at it and now I have the answer. I'll let everyone to try a bit more, though :)

I was just about to post a screenshot from a different game by the same company that is more well known as another hint... However since you have the answer I'll refrain. -_^
(Asking your Bro isn't cheating, when in doubt always inquire with your Bro(and/or)Sis. ^_^ )

I have a copy of those CDs as well, the amount of software crammed on those two discs kept me entertained for a long time. -_^

It had games from every genre... at the time it seemed like the amount of software on those two discs would just never run out! XD
(I remember searching through that archive so many times only to stumble on a yet unplayed masterpiece! Good times.) ^_^

Random Trivia:
That company actually released several volumes of The Complete Encyclopedia of Games with different shareware and freeware games in them.

(The 2CD one was the best though imo, more games and better quality. <This One> )

See, if I saw that in a store in 1995 I'd think it was a con and it only contained over 1000 encyclopedic articles on shareware games!

Like the Deus Ex 'Special Edition' that turned out to be a 5 level demo. XD
(Warning for anyone who clicks the link, the Jewel case 'Special Edition' is just the demo. X_X Full game is here on GOG, snag it there. -_^ )

Yeah, that's the one I have now. I grew up with one called Game Empire that had 250 games on it, but that mysteriously disappeared one day(I think my parents destroyed it because I played it too much, but would never admit to it).

I found the Complete Encyclopedia at a flea market when I bought Baulder's Gate II a while back, they threw it in for free. I still have fun looking for games I haven't played yet, even though most of them are terrible quality. ^^
Hey, since all those games are shareware, would it be possible for someone to send me ISOs of that? I used to have it, but I played them so much that they literally shattered while I was using it a few years back.

Getting a little off topic here(I still can't find that game :( ), but I guess that would be OK legally? I already have them ripped for easy use in Dosbox, too.

Should be totally fine, they were selling free games (unless they were registered, which I doubt) so basically you were just paying them for the media and packaging.
Are they even still around? I kind of doubt companies like that lived for very long.
OK then, it seems I'm going to have to try. Let's see if my brother's got what it takes.

So, could this elusive game be...

Shadow Force?
