yep its biing the first one. seems to have been german only...
what a concept...you run a hospital...but there is big titted women.
Lets face it what managment simulation could not be made at least 25% more interesting with comic book imagery of big breasted women
OK, next game. It's a more recent (freeware) title. The game was ported to a great number of platforms. The author is Japanese. BTW, the red dot with the green stripes: That's you.

I love the lighting but textures could have been of higher resolution.

Or some tech demo? It's hard to tell how good the quality really is, since it's so small, but it sure as hell looks like a photo.
Could be one of the Carol Reed-games.

the antialiasing is pretty good, gotta admit that.
This is a Counter Strike Source mod I think. I don`t remember its name but may Villa or something? Also this is not in game screenshot.
