Gnostic: That has nothing to do with the download region at all, it is that steam client refuse to download any games
liquidsnakehpks: it is sometimes the download region selected by your client gets over loaded , all you have to do is select another country and the downloads will start working . Other than that i cant see any other factors where a client would refuse to download games , the worst case i have seen is a firewall/anti virus solution blocking steam or your isp blocking it

But that is more than one year ago, the date I join GOG is when this problem occur. I am locked out of my games for more than 2 weeks and incompetent tech support (asking for a screen shot despite I already summit them in the beginning) drives me mad and look places where I have more control over my games
