petitmal: *Fuck illiteracy* indeed!

I see a clear *You get a free game! You get a free game! Everybody gets a free game!*

Don't you?
It does say that, and that's why I was wondering if there might be another batch of free codes later, although 30,000 was a generous amount to give away so not I'm really expecting more.

opticq: Maybe it wasn't such a good idea for GOG to use a meme in their promo description. For those curious. "You get a ____! Everybody gets a ____" is a meme.
I did not know this but it is hillarious. Obviously some people do have too much money.

Enebias: I'd rather say "fuck illiteracy". I see a clear "And what better way to celebrate, than by giving you guys 30,000 copies of a modern shooter with all the classic charm you know and love?" in the OP.
avatar
JD2: I also see a clear "everybody" so which one to believe? Neither should have more weight and both cannot be true. So, my point stands. GoG lied.
"Everybody" that clicks through while GOG has copies left, yes.

Edit: Everybody, not everyone

Thx!
Sorry I'm a little confused here. Do we need to make a purchase to receive Rise of the Triad free, or is there a way to get your hands on a gift copy?

I would definitely like one.

All of the free copies are gone. They were first come, first serve to the first 30,000.
Oh well... Happy gaming everyone!
Too late...I have The Witcher 2, anyone wanna trade it for Rise of the Triad?

Any opinions on Shogo? It's the only game in the promo i don't own.
Might need to change that "everybody gets a free game". Oh well, I can live without the free game.

Only ones I own are AVP and ROTT, so I'm not sure.

Have you played SIN? It looks interesting
