I don't see any way to report that...? Also, most of it seems to be from 2015. I'm guessing GOG isn't too diligent about monitoring the wishlist section :-/

You can report spam through the "Options" button.

...However, the presence of a comment field suggests that reports are checked manually by staff, and since I'm pretty sure I reported most of these a long time ago, no one appears to be doing that.
