Legacy of Kain, since Vampyr doesn't seems *that* good.

Breja: Gee, I wonder if this might posibly have something to do with the Gwent vampire- themed expansion.
Possibly, but that was already announced and as a Gwent expansion guaranteed to come to GOG, so there'd be no point in a special build-up to it. It also has no relation to a modern setting,

So obviously it's Sekiro.

Pointless, annoying attempts at manufacturing hype have so far been the chosen marketing strategy for Gwent around here, so it would totally fit :D
Where those from? The first picture is a zoomed out version of the countdown page.

Good old RPG Codex.
One of the buildings on the countdown page is based on a building in Seattle:

The new Paradox game takes place in Seattle - buildings and streets in the released screenshots are based on locations in Seattle.

Plus the vampire theme and date of the announcement...

It's almost certainly the new VTMB then. There's no way the countdown background is a coincidence.

karnak1: Just a little reminder for people not to board the hype train.
You know how GOG hype usually works. :-P

GOG good surprises almost always come unexpected (like Diablo or the Bioshock games).
Bioshock was actually 'unofficially confirmed' almost two weeks prior. There's a thread dedicated to tracking such things. Diablo was a surprise, admittedly.

And yeah, based on everything here it looks like a new entry in the VTMB series. That would definitely deserve the hype.
