Crysis with a 1070 on a 1080*1920 resolution monitor? It would probably struggle with those 120Hz and 144Hz monitors at max settings...

WinterSnowfall: I don't usually start these kind of Seinfeld-like threads, but when I do... it has to be related to hardware.

I remember tinyE mentioned, at some point, on some distant thread in a galaxy far far away, that he just got a new, cutting-edge gaming rig (or something of the sort - I don't guarantee these were his exact words) on which he's now playing some ancient Egyptian games.

Mind you, I don't crawl all the threads on the forum, but the ones I have been on did not mention any specs... and I'm more curious than a cat with 8 remaining lives about these kind of things.

So, anyone care to enlighten us? :) Perhaps the man himself?

Edit: For the curious but too tired to scroll down types, here are the specs tinyE has gracefully shared with us:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz
How have I missed this information all this time? That beats out my 6 year-old rig. So TinyE has a better gaming righ than I do. Wow. I think my worldview just sprung a leak...

Saints Row 3. Five minutes in you're already jumping out of an exploding plane without a parachute, dodging falling cars, and shooting at other people who jumped out of the same exploding plane and aren't wearing parachutes either.

NOW THAT'S how to start a game! :D
