The Zone has been good to us with this announcement – so better get ready!

Today, our catalog is joined by S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chornobyl - Enhanced Edition, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky - Enhanced Edition, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Prypiat - Enhanced Edition, as well as a neat pack of all three in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy.

Back to where it all started – the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Trilogy, one of the most visionary and groundbreaking survival first-person-shooters of all time returns. Now upscaled, enhanced must-play journey for a new generation!

Now on GOG!

xTrick9: I have all 3 of them and so far I only got Call of Pripyat EE....they are getting there...slowly but just be patience guys.

Sadly have no time to play the games until probably tomorrow evening. But still freaking out dose not help.

I wonder if GSC staff made all the additional content or did they pirate all the existing mods?

I dont plan on delving deep into this question, as I am satisfied with the original games. However, given the terms on their home page, that annexes pretty much all mods....hmm....makes me wonder.

If anyone who is intimate with the mod scene wants to inform us here, please do.

Misanthropic: I do not create mods, however, as far as I know, these 'Enhanced' editions are just further updated versions of the 'Legends of the Zone' collection released for the consoles last year. They are the original games with some bug fixes, quality of life improvements, controller support added, in-engine improvements to lighting and shaders, and Call of Pripyat assets/gameplay features backported to Clear Sky and Shadow of Chernobyl.

It says that it will take up to 24h for enhanced editions to appear in library. Got mine just fine, but it's like a rolling distribution of sorts.

Seems like there's no achievement support, for better or worse, despite the games being tagged as having cheevos.

Syphon72: It looks like this version is being destroyed in Steam reviews.
Mostly by russians, among some legit criticism (I assume, I haven't played the enhanced edition yet) complaining about the blurry antialising

Seems a bit blown out of proportion tbh
