I have seen something similar but slightly bigger.
May be it's the same product.
The phone that I saw was from China but it had good sound and visuals were good as well.
It was cheap too.

Actually, I have seen more complaints about phones getting too big, which can be a problem (for example) if someone's pocket (on pants or a purse, for example) can only fit smaller phones.

So yes, some people actually want smaller phones.

(There are, of course, valid reasons for wanting bigger phones, like people who are visually impaired and can't read the text on smaller screens.)
