The world is your oyster. The oyster is a hat.

You'll never have to give him up, never have to say goodbye to Geralt, and you'll never have to deal with that one thing that kinda bugs you ever again. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is now moddable! Check out the official statement from CD PROJEKT RED for more details on where and how you can get started:

"Released today, the Modkit enables Witcher community to modify several aspects of the game to their own liking.

Thanks to texture import and export, gamers can now modify the looks and feel of in-game objects, while the possibility of substituting meshes allows to insert new models in the game world in place of existing ones. Finally, access to script files opens up an entirely new array or modification options to many in-game aspects, so modders can fire up their imagination and fiddle with item statistics and much more.

In order to download the Modkit, head on over to , the official home of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt mods where you can download the extractor itself as well as some of the exisiting mods. Don’t forget to check [url=http://forums.cdprojektred.com/forums/186-Suggestions-and-Modding]our forums for the Modkit documentation. We simply cannot wait to see all the fantastic creations from the modding community. Should you have any additional questions regarding the capabilities of the kit, make sure to check out GameSpot’s Q&A."
GoG / CDProjektRed shows again how AWESOME they are!!! While I'm clueless in Modding I can't wait to see myself some of the mods that will be created by really passionate and talented people out there. :)

iniudan: I predict the Viper School armor will be available, when Toussain expansion is out, as it is in Nilfgaard.

OpalTitan: That's the 2016 expansion right? Can't wait. What do you mean by as it is in Nilfgaard? I expect it to look like Letho's or Auckes more or less.
Well, in Witcher 2, Letho mention that the Viper school was located within the Empire and the reason he worked as the Assassin of Kings, was because he was promised his school would be rehabilitated.

I remember from the Witcher 2 storyline yeah so that makes sense but then he was betrayed. So if they actually add it i'm guessing we can find it like the rest of them scattered all around Toussaint in the form of diagrams, maybe we can visit their headquarters remnants or run into other Viper school witchers as well.
That's why I BUY CD Projekt RED's games!!!!
I own (actually bought) all 3 in the witcher series.
U guys are freaking fantabulous.

Can't wait till the release of Cyberpunk 2077 - will definately pre-order when\if I can.
I hope we can pay for them to support the developer and distributor of the mod (and a meager sum for the maker, assuming they sell 10,000 copies or more)!
This is how you continue to support a game. Thank you CD Projekt Red for a game that truly keeps on giving.
A Donald comb over Witcher and a Hillary pantsuit Harpy.
Game over, man. Game over.
This is not what we wanted, we wanted a nice editor that would enable us to make new quests content etc..
Best devs confirmed. GOOD JOB

I guess I'll have to hurry up playing through Witcher 3 on PS4 then before I buy. Otherwise I'll never touch that again...
