The issues with Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and GOG Galaxy seem to be fixed now. Activity feed works, the game does not appear as a "Unknown game" anymore and you can finally download the offline installer files.

EDIT: I also just recieved a update flag in GOG Galaxy for the game Freedom Fighters. No idea what this very small update does. Offline installer files will follow later as usual.

Factorio was updated a few days ago, I think it has not been mentioned in this thread.

I can confirm the System Shock Enhanced Edition installer is corrupted, you just get an error message when you start the installer:

Corrupt too, looks like whoever made the new installer buggered it up completely.

Many GOG game updates have no official update flag.
I started to record it since Nov 2017. Only games I have are listed here. [1]

Report for Jan 2021:
Total updates: 75
Games updates: 37 (Some games have multiple updates, daily basis)
Flags I got: 70

93% updates have an official flag. 7% are missing.

We've just released an update that fixes issues with teleporting (your were loading inside the last used teleport instead of the correct place).

Here is the complete list of changes:

- fixed spawning in Teleport after loading the game
- fixed Teleport icon in Radial Menu

- reduced shaking of objects on Hover Jack
