So, i kinda get the function of a pair of eyes (stereoscopic vision, distance evaluation) and a pair of ears (sound orientation).

But, is there a point in having two nostrils ? Or an evolutionary reason for that ? It seems to me that one nostril, just like one mouth, would be sufficient...

Fish have a very good sense of smell. Perhaps underwater, the flow of a scent can have more distinct boundaries than in air, which could allow fish to have a directional sense of smell (assuming two or more sets of inlets and sensors).

Guessing.

Quite often in my region, back when the exchange rate was more favourable. This is another reason why I joined: during the first sale I saw, I couldn't believe how good the prices were.
Now that 1€ is almost equal to 1$ (and not due to regional pricing, unfortunatley), they are imo basically the same.

Redundancy helps, I suppose :D It's why you have two kidneys so that if one fails, the other will pick up the slack. Same goes with nostrils, one gets stuffed up from a cold, the other can pick up the slack :D
