...or "Damn-you-gog-community-you-turned-me-into-a-mushy-blob" giveaway!

A few hours ago I made a certain thread, and a bunch of you went out of your way to try and help me. So again (last time I promise!) thank you Phc7006 and also amrit9037, ZFR and Grargar.

To celebrate, and to pass the kindness on so to speak, I'm making a giveaway. Steam retail key since that's all I can get my mits on what with the capital controls, but here goes anyway:

The Evil Within is up for grabs.

All are welcome to participate and you can do with the game whatever you want as long as you are not on the known scammers lists.

In order to win just post "Eeeeek!" and, if you want, describe a scary but ultimately silly experience of yours. Maybe it's that time the cat decided to rub on your feet while you playing Outlast, or maybe it's that time you were almost caught doing something you weren't supposed to do or maybe it's something else entirely? Write away if you feel like it.

Winner will be determined in a week by random.org.

PS: A second key for a different game might be added at a later point. If that happens there will be two winners.

EDIT: I am currently experiencing problems with chat, I can't access the page from this account. Until support deals with the problem I will be using a new account named potpurri for everything chat related. That includes any future trades and giveaways I make or enter.

The winner of this giveaway as well will get their loot from the potpurri account.

From now on, if you want to contact me, either search by copying the new account's name from my forum title or go to post 7 in this thread to find a post I made with the new account. If I contact you via chat from now on, I will always point you to that post and you can verify that I'm who I claim to be by starting a conversation from there.

Eeeeek!

I went to a 4D movie once... like a 3D movie... but in the scene where there were rats running towards you a feather duster type thing came from under the seats and brushed against your feet...

Wasn't expecting that!

Glad to see you were able to get the GameMaker bundle, ashwald, and thanks for the very nice giveaway!

Kind of embarrassing, but I tried Slender: The Eight Pages and found myself uncontrollably yelling loud enough for the neighbors to hear. Really good use of music to set the mood.

I had a similar experience. During the movie they filmed a closeup of someone sneezing and something in the theater sprayed water on your face. It got a great audience reaction.

My wife scared the pants off me recently when she went into the baby's room and to "test" the baby monitor she whispered "Can you hear me?" I am in my room - no idea the baby monitor is on or that my wife is in the baby's room. Whew!

Still the same. It's okay, I've contacted support. If they can't fix it I'll just keep using potpurri for chat. It's a little convulted, but what works works.

Seeing how his other account works, I highly doubt it's a browser issue. Probably something with his account that support can fix.

When I was probably 6 years old or so me, my older brother (8), and my younger sister (4) were playing a game in my back bedroom. We noticed at our window a funny light. Now my dad had been telling us over and over to leave the blinds closed in the room because people could see in, but in typical kid fashion we forgot to close them again. So when we notice this funny light at the window I slowly walk over as we are all talking amongst ourselves wondering what it is. I creep up to the window and stare at the light, and of course my imagination runs wild.

I scream "IT'S A GIANT EYE", this causes my sister to scream and my brother. I turn from the window and head for the door to get the hell out of there, my sister is in front of me and my brother behind. All of a sudden I get pushed into the wall and see my brother go barrelling by and then see my sister knocked onto the ground. I stumble into the living room and my sister crawls in behind me as we are all crying from fear, my dad walks through the front door laughing so hard he is crying. He was standing at our window shining a giant flashlight inside and I mistook it for an eye.

We kept our blinds closed after that LOL
