Indeed a valid question, I thought that the way this thread works is that every time you take a game you have to leave a new game i.e. if you offered a particular game and took one before then you have to either offer a new game or another copy of the same game next time for an exchange. Like lugum has been offering the same game but a different copy each time so we have 3 Dracula 4 games on the list whereas there is only one Airbuccaneers right now. If I'm misinterpreting the rules of this thread then maybe cmdr_flashheart or someone else can help make it clear.

There's no official rule against not exploiting people like that, no.

But whatever, let's assume that Chippas wasn't trying to do that. In the future, you guys don't have to do a giveaway with someone you suspect of being scummy; just PM them politely, and let them know you can't.

The thread is about passing forward the gift of game to others, so hopefully that spirit can be kept alive.

Also it is a good thing there aren't any more official rules apart from the standard and folks are free to decide for themselves how to proceed. I agree that its all about the spirit of giving and paying it forward. :)

Well, this thread is called "Take One Give One" and not "Take Many and Give One". I think it's pretty obvious what you have to do: For every game you take you have to offer at least a new game or copy. Above it's clearly an example of abuse of this friendly system.
