Hello, I sent in a question for support and I got a ticket number but I dont know where to find the answer to my question? Can anyone help?

You might want to wait till you actually get an answer to your question. ;)

Once you do, you'll find it in the same inbox that you received the ticket number.

I got 2 emails, one saying the message was receive and one saying the message was answered. Thats why im wondering where to find the answer

It should be in the second e-mail then.

But without knowing question and answer it's a wee bit difficult to tell if you missed it or support forgot to include it.

It was a question regarding a NVIDIA Promo code for Wichter 3 that led me to this site to dowload it next tuesday. I was thinking it would be in my library to pre download but nope, nothing. So i sent a question to see if I need to contact NVIDIA or not. I dont know if this helps.
