Are we allowed to stream GOG games? on YouTube or play them and friends watch when they're in house?

GOG wouldn't be the ones who have power to say whether you can or not in regards to streaming games.

Rather, the IP holders of each individual game would be the ones who have that power.

And it potentially could vary from game to game (it could also vary depending on which specific aspects of a game are included or not included in your stream, i.e. copyrighted in-game music might not be allowed even if the game otherwise is allowed to be streamed), so there is no universal one-size-fits-all answer.

Only if they wear a blindfold and promise not to discuss what they hear.

Or they agree to have their memory wiped. If they do that, they can even have the blindfold removed.

P.S. There are rumors though, that GOG clandestinely support friends or associates watching their games being played, as studies have shown more sales as a result.

yes you can, there is nothing stopping you. You can record a video of playing your GOG games and put it on youtube, or you can livestream playing said games on twitch or youtube or whatever streaming platform you choose. And yes, your friends can watch you playing too, they can even join in if the game has multiplayer.
