Good news for all space explorers! Today Stellaris receives a free Lem Update, honoring the 100th year anniversary of Stanisław Lem, the author of such sci-fi classics as Solaris, Cyberiad, and The Invincible.

The update features new Tradition Trees, as well as some new Plantoids, Humanoids, Necroids, and fixes that enhance the whole gaming experience. The full list of changes can be found here.

I noticed that it was in the DLC section. Does it mean it's not a PDF file? Does this also mean I have to installed it and read it in-game?

The Infinite Frontiers novel is a .7zip archive and contains .mobi, .pdf and .epub formats.
