RIP Stan Lee.
Bummer. RiP :(
It's going to be sad to watch the first Marvel movie without a Stan Lee cameo!

RIP, creator of worlds!

Yes, that will be sad indeed. :(
It probably won't be soon, though, as he was reported to have recorded a few cameos in advance.
Rest in peace, Stan Lee, you have earned it.

We have lost a cultural icon. And the world is a little bit poorer because of it.
RIP, Stan Lee, a True Hero. Thank you for every story you have made.
I happened to be reading Thor 161 last night (Galactus vs. Ego, the Living Planet), not because of Stan's passing but I've just been reading the Thor Omnibus lately. No one has ever gotten Thor's quasi-Elizabethan dialogue right except Stan. No one even tries anymore because there's no point in trying to compete with him as a scripter.
I first saw the news while I was on GOG, and that completely put me off from checking GOG for the last day or so...

Rest in peace, Stan Lee. In one way or another, your stories have been part of my life for the last 25 years.

Galactus vs Ego? Sounds fun.
I think this death has affected me just as much if not more than Carrie Fisher, Stan Lee created most of, if not all my favorite super heroes. the MCU films were a big part of my childhood plus I recently got into X-men and Fantastic Four. he was very influential in comics and will be greatly missed.

I wouldn't feel the sadness that I feel being reminded of his passage, if his work hadn't brought me so much joy. There is no question that he was a great man.
