Well if you play it right and save frequently then yeah they are pretty easy and the A.I is dumb but I will always love the stalker games and still waiting for stalker 2 if it ever will come.

Actually yesterday I googled stalker vs crysis and people were saying the ai in crysis was too easy, but quite good in stalker

I'm really not sure if you're trolling. Only finished Shadow of Chernobyl and played some Clear Sky and the difficulty is in my experience extremely uneven - sometimes it's easy as hell, at other times it's nearly impossible without scum saving.

Which difficulty are you playing at?
I played all stalker games but only remember call of pripyat that i played one difficulty below the hardest.Try playing on full difficulty and then tell me how the game is.
Also in COP the mines were a nightmare and i had to look it up how to proceed to get to the crashed heli,one wrong step and i was dead,also the start wasn't that easy.
The only reason i won clear sky being in a scientist suit at the end was because the last boss fight glitched out,made i mistake by not getting better armor suit,also red forest lol got owned to many times there.
And the first stalker also had it's moments but that is too long ago to remember correctly.
