While bypassing the capital control sh*t, obviously!

1) Get an email address you own as a secondary one, with NO paypal account tied to it.
2) Get an email address you own PRIMARILY, with ONE paypal account tied to it.
3) Log in to Paypal service.
4) Request payment of either Services type, or Goods type, if services get rejected, towards your SECOND, paypal-free email!!!
5) Log in to secondary email then.
6) Pay, but choose the second option, credit/debit card. Even prepaids work. Tried the last one personally.
7) Confirm payment.
8) Log in to your paypal account.
9) Confirm the transaction.
10) Buy anything you want here, using the paypal mode!

Courtesy of insomnia gr and its wonderful members! Sometimes, "piracy" and "defying the law" is necessary, in order for justice to be done. Because real pirates run loose and amok, in places of power and management of cash. Do it now before they find out and lock it permanently! You get some extra charge for the trick (from paypal), but it is totally worth it! Yo ho ho and a smuggler of rum!

Yup, that does sound ridiculous: you have to basically enter a cheat code to access your own money!
I can't imagine how much worse things would get under the Global Government that the New World Order wants to put into place.

Hopefully they'll leave a spot for the Konami Code somewhere in there...

Please please please please please! Don't ruin *THIS* thread! This is important and people from these parts need to read it! Just for once, do ol' Bradley this tiny little favor and don't turn this one specific particular thread, into chaos incarnate again!

Currently, this is the only way to deal with a company being abroad, over the internet and that hasn't got a bank account here in Greece!

And Cyprus, technically, is not greek (good for cyprus). GoG has a bank account there, though, or so i think. And that account is CYPRUS account, not greek (good for gog).

I was finally able to buy all the stuff in my wishlist in one fell swoop!

Not far off from some of the dirty truths surrounding bankers and politicians etc that cause the need for these kinds of workarounds in the first place!

Very true, shame it's not so easy for us ordinary folk...

As for derailing the thread, I wouldn't worry too much, the more posts there are the more likely it will be to stay on the front page and be seen ;)

I admit I'm sometimes put off by the tone of some of your posts, but a big +1 to you for posting this. It's a rotten shame that people have to go to such ridiculous lengths to be in the right (morally, if not legally) and I'm sure your instructions will help a lot of your fellow Greeks here.

And I want to give a great big kick in the balls to everyone who shafted the people of your great country. Seriously, I've met some awesome people from Greece and they deserve far better than to have their lives dragged down into the gutter like this. With things going the way they are, I know my own home country (Harper-land) won't be far behind.

I don't agree with your views on piracy, and honestly the attitude you have perpetuates the problem. But for once, I pity you for living in a country about to collapse on itself who won't allow you to spend your HARD EARNED CASH where YOU deem fit.
