The new format has grown on me. I like it. You certainly don't have to stick around your computer screen quite as stubbornly as the first few insomnias.

I do wish there were more old games in the lineup for the folks that are newer around here.

Yes, I lost my last freebie too.
And yes, it says that the message might take a few hours to be delivered. Mainly because it's not up to them how the email works, and if it works. But that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be in the "learn more" popup. And mine is not.
Basically, my hypothesis right now is 50%/50% between a bug with giving you the free game, or a bug with taking the counter down when they get out of freebies.

Guys,if somebody would be kind enough to gift me the ANNO and Walking Dead bundles from the insomnia sale, i will gladly trade my duke collection(GOG) key for it :). My wallet suffered cardiac arrest after the witcher 3 soo....xD.Cheers.

semigroups: Ah, I was getting those errors I was getting too (but the games were not being added to my collection, they simply failed to go through); GOG support said they had prepared for this (people buying with great frequency triggering fraud protection with their CC processor) and didn't know why it still happened, but they fixed it. Switching to paypal fixed it for me before then, but that's very peculiar everything is still being added to your collection just fine, which I don't think would happen if the payment is in fact pending. That it is in contrast to your order history is weird, definitely worth filing a ticket if you haven't already so they sort it out.
Yeap, I filled the ticked just after it happened the second time and I realised that the orders where pending in my account history.
But at least one of the two is paid.
