AdiJager: hm don't know. Is there in eula a
paragraph that state that u can't share a account?
cjrgreen: The TOS states that you must provide "accurate and complete" information; that means you would have violated the TOS if you were sharing an account and didn't tell them you were. The TOS states that you must maintain the "confidentiality and security" of your account; that means you would have violated the TOS if you allowed anybody else to use it.
It also holds you responsible for any abuse your friend commits on the account. And whenever you have two friends who are so immature that they think something like this is amusing, it is likely that one of them will do something they think is even more amusing, resulting in the revocation of the account and many indignant complaints to the moderators.
On top of that the EULA on each game states this:
Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program, but retains all property rights in the Program and all copies thereof. This Program is licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. Your license confers no title or ownership in this Program and should not be construed as any sale of any rights in this Program. You may not transfer, distribute, rent, sub-license, or lease the Program or documentation, except as provided herein; alter, modify, or adapt the Program or documentation, or portions thereof including, but not limited to, translation, decompiling or disassembling. You agree not to modify or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Program, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted under applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Company.
Even if the TOS didn't have those confidentiality statements in, the games cannot be shared as the OP has been doing.
