Ehh, Diakatana isn't that bad. People got annoyed at the time of release because it didn't live up to the hype; people's disdain towards the game has continued on as a meme.

Sure, it's certainly not a great game, but it's far from being the worst.

On a related note, the GBC Daikatana is pretty enjoyable.
Just saw the reviews on steam :) Now I really want that game :D

Edit: Oops, here it is: http://www.gog.com/forum/general/share_the_greed_main_thread/post17 Thanks for the heads up :)

Just do the opposite of what you did so far (link from Main Thread post here, not link in Main Thread from post here) to meet rule#2 and you will definitely have a chance. ;)
share the greed talk

I had a handful of years in my youth that I took April Fool's Day pretty seriously. A couple of the pranks I pulled:

I broke a pencil, taped one half of it sticking out of one side of my forearm, and the 2nd half coming out the other side, dabbed around some ketchup. Screamed and went running to my parents and told them that my sister had stabbed me. They believed it for a second so I had to quickly tell them it was a joke.

I came home from school and went right to the bathroom and used halloween makeup to make it look like I had a HORRIBLE black eye. Told my mom I got in a fight at school (I am quaker, so, big joke here.) She believed it so I very quickly revealed it was a joke. The makeup job I did was EXCELLENT though.

I´ve seen things like games called "I am Bread" but never someone saying he´s a cracker :P
I've had my eye on Daikatana..... I'd love to see if it's as bad as all the hype says it is.

My family expected April Fool's pranks from me, so it was very difficult to get a good prank in during April 1. The only pranks were those that were surreal, such as removing all the chairs from the table we ate our meals at the night before.

One of the craziest pranks I heard about from a friend: she convinced her college class to go along with the prank. Just before the professor was to walk into the classroom, she turned on the gas valve and everyone pretended to be slumped over their desks. Unfortunately, the prank ended up backfiring: the professor walked in and freaked out. Seeing everyone unconscious, he grabbed a chair and threw it through the window! They had to keep up the charade so as not to get in trouble, pretending to "wake up" as he ushered everyone out of the room.
Not in, but +1 for your generosity! :-)

There's a good video review of Daikatana on Youtube:
