It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Good to see members of the GOG team replying to this.
Thank you for fixing the issues and for maintaining communication. I noticed things getting better incrementally a few hours ago; it's nice to get confirmation that things should be okay now.

hey I have a question. when the game says minimum system requirements is lower than your current operating system. Does that mean you cannot run the game? IE my system is 11 and the game minimum says 7 or 10.
Is it at all related to what happened here? https://www.gog.com/forum/general/minus_button_removed_from_comments/post121

Yeah, and it's pretty pathetic. GOG actually returned order to the forums, delivered some worthwhile games this month and are on the right track thus far, and some people just don't want to see that.

Are we sure that's what happened? They are so pathetic they are actually pissed off about not being able to be an asshole that they become an ever bigger asshole by DDoS attacks..?

It is baseless speculation. The servers just had some issues which have been fixed now.

Besides checking the system requirements, you should also check the "Works on:" entry under game details (right side of the product page, just below the screenshots), as that should list all the OSes that GOG and the developer/publisher will officially support the game on. (The info under "System requirements" is often not changed after release, so it might not mention newer operating systems that were released after the game was.)
If your particular OS isn't mentioned even under "Works on:", that means that either GOG and/or the dev/pub ran into problems during testing on a system with that OS, and weren't comfortable listing that OS as supported for that game; or they simply didn't bother testing on it. So if your computer's OS isn't listed for a particular game, but it otherwise meets all the requirements (at least the minimum), you could take a chance and buy the game anyway. Just don't be surprised if there are problems (not that there can't be problems even when you meet every requirement, because every PC is different).

I Was referring to the incident where post #121 and #122 were downvoted well after the minus button had been removed.

We'll never know unless it happens again. If it was a DDOS, they won't stop with one attack.
