That would be high on my list, but I think its highly likely this is already in the works. While its not confirmed, Rockstare has, on multiple occasions, talked about the number of games in their "pipeline" and how much they love the L.A. Noire game.

Yes I know, there is this BioShock franchise, and I do like the Dead Space series, but if some one could combine these two, having the gameplay from BioShock and the feeling of Dead Space, that would be a dream come true.

Personally, I'm not too fond of sequels in general, especially considering their recent quality.
How many good series have I seen ruined by terrible sequels, especially since the AAA industry is focused on making the game appealing to people who don't like playing games? ("I want it cinematic" they say. "I play for the story". Damn youth, today! XD)
I would really like to see more completely new games rather than sequels.

That said, I would also like to finally play the long-awaited sequels of games that ended with a cliffhanger, like Gabriel Knight 4 or Anachronox 2.
