Thanks for the heads up MacArthur.
The Non-Steam GoG option is because they have their own online DRM built into the games. I dislike them for that.
Seeing the "Games you are playing" sections, I assume that by PC-non-Steam they are referring to MMOs, and maybe Origin. I'd like to see more SE stuff here but DRM-free is hard for them for anything Japanese, and on the western part we're missing the most recent games from Hitman, Deus Ex, Tomb Raider... I'm not getting my hopes up.
Completed the survey, mentioned GOG and wanting DRM-free releases of more recent games in answer to the last question. Thanks for linking the survey!
Nah, I don't beg. Maybe I'll buy them for 10 games for 3$ with DRM instead.
Done. :) I wasn't sure what game I wanted to see most, so I just said Anachronox 2.
Done. :) Why not? I just said, "Make whatever you want, just make it well and bring it to GOG.com", and in the extra comments section I mentioned not using Steam/ only DRM-free, and encouraged more GOG releases like FF games, Deus Ex HR, Dungeon Siege 1 & 2, and such.

snowkatt: but it cant hurt to try
F**king this! ;-) This took a few minutes but using something like Twitter can take seconds. It doesn't hurt to try to get devs/pubs to release here.

I believe this guy can help bring more Squeenix games, if you want to make your voice heard on Twitter, too:

I Hate you guys for ruining Thi4f, this game had a huge potential. I Hate you for being as*es and making this game a Steam exclusive, too. I HATE you for your insolence and insisting on DRM (mal)practices.

I WILL buy your games, as long as they are being offered DRM-Free. I WILL buy your games, if you let EIDOS develop them without influences or leashes from your part. I WILL buy your games, if you are respectful of them and their legacy, and do not throw them into the hands of scammers, like Steam.

Until you do, i do not even find them worthy of pirating.

I am quite sure Sqeenix execs reads random threads on the gOg forum.
I can't even fill in I play on my Vita. :P
I have my doubts as to how much it'll help, but I filled it out and requested that they bring their games to GOG, and mentioned that I buy my games here whenever possible.
I doubt it'll help but I filled it out anyway.

Though I suspect if Squeenix saw a high enough interest in "Non Steam" PC gaming they'd take that as a sign to follow in EA and Ubisoft's footsteps by making their own shitty DRM service.
Mentioned GOG and how I haven't played one of their games since I found out I don't have to use Steam for everything, mentioned Warner-Bros but forgot to mention Disney. Hopefully if enough people push the subject someone might look into it.
I told them that I want a Final Fantasy 9 HD remastering, (The game is basically poifect aside from issues that wouldn't be issues without the loads of loading), and that yes giving GOG a bone would make me quite happy.

...I probably should have reminded them of Terranigma, too.
Finished, hopefully they take some of that into consideration!
