Okay, so I love the heat, but I'm over it now. I get it, weather, you want to be 90 degrees every day, ever, and thunder up the wazoo. Stahp.

So! Recommend some lovely, nommy, cold, delicious, Winter-y games to play.

All I can think of, off-hand, is Never Alone; a charming if frustrating game that wears its heart on its sleeve but makes many rookie mistakes along the way. Fox gotta fox, tho, until fox turns into boy. Ugh.

Cryostasis is a good game about trying to stay warm while fighting and traveling through the cold.

Also Penumbra Trilogy is set in a land(mostly underground) surrounded by cold.
Distrust

What kind of games do you enjoy?

Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition or Icewind Dale II might do the trick, but if I remember correctly from another thread you hate reading.

Cities: Skylines with the DLC Snowfall could be another one.

Skyrim is another game with more or less 100% winter and snow.

How did I NOT KNOW about this game?

I wonder if they just ripped off the thing or it's just an homage. Either way it looks pretty wicked.

I thought about Icewind Dale as well.
It has those warm caves with snake people and lizards though.
If you can get your hands on Cryostasis, that is bound to keep you cold even during the hottest summer days.
Oh, Terraria has a snowball cannon.

Distrust is nice, but not an easy game.

Also Frostpunk.
The first Witcher has a winter level and Skyrim is all Winter.

Oh and on a serious note, we're getting hit with smoke from some of the Canadian wildfires. I hope you and yours are okay.
