American McGee got asked to put Scrapland and the Alice games on Steam, and he responded in an angry manner "not my game" essentially, but Enric Alvarez responded positively as you can see above.

Hopefully it comes to GOG, but even if it doesn't at least it'll be getting re-released likely.

Very nice. I bought this for my original Xbox collection not long ago, but I had honestly never heard of it before. I pretty much just picked it up because it had the American McGee name on it. Maybe it's time to try it out.

A re-release or remaster would be awesome!

I wouldn't call it angry. It's like asking a film producer to deliver a sequel or a remake, but their role as a producer is so minor that they couldn't make it happen no matter how hard they tried to will it into existence. Eventually they'd get tired of "y u no do this?" questions from people.

The re-release needs to drop the "American McGee Presents" part, basically. He'll still have producer credit I'm sure but it's a bit like slapping "Molyneux" or "Chahi" or "Spector" on things when their roles aren't significant in the wide scope. Marketing off name recognition like that is weaselly at best.

That's fantastic news! The game's world was beautiful and IMHO the gameplay was ahead of it's times. It was quite difficult though for me when i last played it 15 years ago.

Re-release would be perfect because the game still looks very well, the only issue is running it on modern Windows is close to impossible.

Hello! I just found this place and i did not know there were so many people! I can confirm the remaster is coming pretty soon! Ive been speaking to a developers for a year now and they joined our discord server. If anyone wants to join and ask about it i will leave a invite here.
