ssling: Does it have multiplayer this time? These DLC ar all for multi AFAIK.
8 vs 8 is mentioned, but what about co-op?
GOG hasn't announced this yet, but Gladius Relics of War is currently free.

Jotun: Thank you Stalker Devs for giving us a free upgrade for your remasters and not being greedy.
It's easy to give away a low-effort shoddy job (not saying this remaster is anything amazing either)
Pricey for a remaster, honestly way beyond expectation, and no discount for current owners? Not blaming GOG of course, the people on Steam are saying the same thing.

Goes to my wishlist until a proper discount is available.

Yes it contains multiplayer with crossplay.
GoG debt : 195 euro
I remember people wishing for such remaster to be make.
It was years ago, like a decade.
Better late than never.

Wishlisted for now, I’ll pick it up on a steep discount since I already own the original version and there’s not enough new content here for me to justify the price tag. Thanks for the release, though!
They could've offered a discount for owners of the original as an incentive for them to buy this new version, imo. At full price if hard to justify it.
Cashgrab.

Yeah, I'm genuinly perplexed, why this info is completely absent (no news, no banner, nothing).

MaxFulvus: But is the original version included in this remaster ?
Game description says yes: "Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine – Master Crafted Edition includes the original Space Marine game & all DLC".

However, that means if you already own original and buy Master Crafted Edition, you are paying for original twice.

Would like to see someone who didn't own original but bought Master Crafted Edition confirm that they have the files for the original version.

I guess we are doomed to constant re-releases of old games at grossly overinflated prices? I sure hope this new meta will not last long.

I think in this context, "original game" is supposed to mean "base game". While it's not infallible, GOG Database doesn't show either version including a copy of the other. More damningly, the product type GOG has set behind the scenes for this remaster (and for the original) is "game" -- not "package", as it should be if it were going to include multiple base library entries and/or DLC.
TL;DR: We'll have to wait for confirmation from someone who's purchased it, and who didn't already own the old version, but it looks like the answer to the original question is "No, the store page description is just confusingly-worded" (as was my suspicion when this first showed up as "coming soon").

On the bright side, at least the original is still available (and on sale!).
