Strike back against the separatist aggressors and ultimately save the peaceful planet of Naboo.

IronArcturus: Really? It doesn't work with an Xbox 360 controller? :-/
But it should/does work with a regular controller/joystick.

However I do play games like this with mouse.

ReaverT: I'm kinda disappointed with the 3 releases of today; all of them have been on Steam for a long long time;

Alexrd: So...? Some of us care about DRM-free releases.
correct :!

i only got xulima on steam first because i saw a screenshot in pc gameplay magazine (belgium )
and i wanted to see what the game would be like

so i did buy it on steam but lateron also on GOG :D
and the steam version is in the closet with some mothballs :D

I go DRM free all the way :D
i play the gog version :D

kazmar: Looking at the posts in Jedi Knight it seems that the gog versions fix the sound and movies bugs found in the steam versions so it looks like gog is aiming to not screw us over with unplayable ports for the sake of releasing them, which I for one like.
See, I personally like getting screwed over. It makes me feel all...tingly. I've almost had it with GOG and their "testing" games to make sure they "work correctly". And what's this "good customer service" business all about? [sigh] I just don't know what's happening to digital distribution nowadays. It used to be nice and consumer-unfriendly, but it's starting to go to the GOGs!

(...I am really, really sorry about that pun...)

Are there any configuration files to edit to make it work with a 360 controller by any chance?
This looks good:D Wishlisted for now .
Good and fun sim! Thx GOG!

Good? Yes. Fun? Sure. Sim? Not even remotely.

I never understood why they released this one on Windows but not the sequel (Jedi Starfighter). They are both poor imitations of the Rogue Squadron series, but still fun nonetheless.

Oh, and if you want a 360 controller to work, Xpadder is your friend.

I wouldn't call it a poor imitation of Rogue Squadron. It's a good game and has some improvements over Rogue Squadron. An "imitation" would be Battle for Naboo, but I wouldn't call it poor either...

ReaverT: I'm kinda disappointed with the 3 releases of today; all of them have been on Steam for a long long time; wasted chance by GOG.com to add some unreleassed classics such as Rebel Assault (I and II) , Outlaws, or even Shadows of the Empire 3 games that are still unaccounted for on digital release.

Instead, todays batch is just 3 games that were allready on Steam, and not worth the price for them, except Jedi Knight perhaps, as Starfighter is the poor mans verssion of Rogue Squadron and Republic Commando was a shoter which it's best feature was teammates A.I, not groundbreaking in terms of dessign, graphics or lenght.

As said, wasted chance by GOG to be even more ahead tan Steam in terms of Lucasarts games.

I'm sorry to be this critic, but after having enjoyed the last week 5 games that never saw the light on digital release and not having for this final batch any more of those it's really disappointing.
I know although I would rather see ep1 racer and battlefront 1 and one of the ones you suggested. They need digital distribution more.

Steam can be a pain in the A#$..and getting Dark Forces 2 to run with the steam version can be a big pain as well. This version loaded and and ran fine first time. More than worth it...as does republic commando..again more than worth it!! Great job GOG.com!!

Over the first Rogue Squadron, yes, but I said series. I thought the sequels were excellent, especially Rogue Leader. Far, FAR better than either Starfighter games.
I wouldn't call Battle for Naboo an imitation, either. Its by the same developer (Factor 5) and is as good as the original Rogue Squadron. Not better, though I prefer Rogue Squadron purely for being set during the original trilogy.
I'll buy it asap and will do a head to head comparison with the ps2 version and post here!
PC via hdmi and ps2 thru component. Just for the kicks.
Who will win!? :P

Can't comment on that.

You called Starfighter an imitation of Rogue Squadron when Battle of Naboo is directly related to it (engine, developer, gameplay). For the record, I wouldn't call any of these games to be an imitation of Rogue Squadron, but between Starfighter and Battle for Naboo, the latter is much more closer to it.

Sorry, I didn't buy thisone yet. Only Dark Forcers II and Republic Commando. Maybe in the next days.

Only Jedi Knight on Steam was completely FUBAR. Presuming that the GOG version actually works it's as good as a digital premiere. :P
