Your insults are bad and you should feel bad!

Oh...Sir! The Insult Simulator, an outrageous game of verbal jousting, is now available for Windows, Mac, and Linux, DRM-free on GOG.com.

Words can kill, if you have the skill. This wildly creative and unpredictably hilarious Insult Simulator gives you the power to talk down strangers halfway across the globe, belittle your friends, or knock your smug CPU down a notch. Check your manners at the door and employ your quick wit to assemble pithy retorts from a large pool of seemingly harmless words. Choose from 5 playable characters (plus some secret ones), each with their own voice and personality, and engage in brutal word-fu within different environments and scenarios. Pull off insult-combos, score hurtful critical hits, and take down your potty-mouthed opponents, one carefully worded slur at a time. Don't feel bad for them, it's not your fault their father smells of elderberries!

Unleash the most slanderous verbal attacks upon your opponents and shame them into submission in Oh...Sir! The Insult Simulator -- DRM-free on GOG.com.

PaterAlf: Dear GOG,

can you please give gift copies to the most notorious forum trolls? It wouldn't turn them into better people, but at least their insults would become more creative.

Thank you!
I got that reference. :P
ha ha ha ha, this game is real fun, mainly when played with 2 players sitting next to each other :D have it on Steam, so hoping a bit for the Connect connect...ion :D

Your Hat Has a Really Bad Breath and Smells of Parrots, and Everyone Knows It! :D

Vythonaut: I wonder how exactly co-op multiplayer works. :)
the same as singleplayer - only this way it's not the computer who steals the best puns, it's your (girl/boy)friend sitting next to you :D

Habanerose: Not sure if trolling or just...

I now really want a "physical copy" of this game, for whenever a blue again dares to say "too niche", just to slap them across the face with this...

ReynardFox: I was about to say something along those lines myself.
Niche? Everyone's insulting everyone else left and right for little to no reason (although, sometimes even I see that reasons do exist), I wouldn't say that is very "niche".

Fairfox: Why is it called "Oh...Sir!" tho? :/
Because it's ironic.

Calling it the insult simulator is too generic, need something to give it some life.

I'm considering getting this game.

Trilarion: Of all the available games for release this one was the best? Really?
hmm, I don't think they just choose a game release for every day and say "today we'll release something awful" :D

I believe that some days are just slow, GOG needs to release something every other day, so they need these little games to have something when there aren't any better games dealt with developers, or maybe they're just saving the better ones for other time

anyway, this game is fun and cheap, give it a try! ;)
While we are on the subject of affordable bite sized games,id like to remind GoG that Momodora 3 still isnt available here.It also costs 2 euros!

*hint hint* *nudge nudge*
Looks good. But it seems that it’s mainly aimed at multi‐player audiences. So, how’s the single‐player?

Not sure if it's that much fun. Makes me lose a bit the faith in the curation approach.

It may be totally only my ignorance but I think I need to pass on this because there are other games still to be played so I don't have the time to try it out.

LOL!
On the other platform I marked it as "Not Interested" ...
And now it's in my GOG cart for instabuy.

I would even say ROFL when this game would have been bundled with Crush Your Enemies.

At times some nonsense is the best medicine.

I'm shocked no one has complained about the regional pricing yet.

I don't think I ever saw a blue to mention the phrase "too niche". This is just their excuse they gave to some of the rejected game developers, and we heard about it because said developer shared it.

It doesn't make your wish any less valid of course, it just isn't THAT easy to make them eat their own words :)
waow... never saw so many angry people at once because of a release... more uproar than for a removal from catalog.

Of course it's not game of 2016 material but i already played it on steam, because i never thought such game would make it to GOG, but i'm glad to see it here, it's fun even if rather short...

doesn't mean i wouldnt like some other games to be released here as well, though

fair enough, it's not for everyone :) and it might not be a huge title, but I still don't think GOG just wants to troll us with bad games instead of good ones ;)

not bad :) the AI is quite intelligent in tournaments - it chooses the best phrases, it uses certain words several several time (each time you use for example "your father" in you insults you get x2 combo, x3 combo etc. depending on how many time did you manage to use it in various insults during one game)

all I can say is that it can win with ease, and you need to really plan ahead and take advantage of their weaknesses to defeat it :)

high rated
I don't get it. Why woud I buy an insult simulator when I can read the Gog forums for free? I really don't understand.
