dgnfly: When I start the game it only gives me the option of Single-player. made a review on the game warning player for that.
EDIT; seems they already removed my review warning people of missing features.
avatar
Pax11: I can still see your review. Just FYI ...
Must have still needed processing. it didn't show up when I wrote the warning here and then checked again. I'm kinda wary with GOG on that since with the game Not Tonight they removed my review and now I constantly get that crap game recommended to me for some weird reason.

Loger13: Does it have multiplayer (co-op) via LAN / DC?

I just checked it is still there ( unless i am watching a cached page on my browser)

Xabyer_B: Does it have online coop? On the Steam page it says yes, but it is no the first game that comes to gog losing features. Does anyone know anything about it?.

I have no intention of buying it on Steam. if it not complete here, I don't intend to buy it. It would be to play it in online coop with a friend, so there are two sales at stake. (In case there's any Dev reading this).

dgnfly: It does not have any multiplayer features. So another botched release pretty much a version that lacks both content and online gameplay.
Thank you for saving my money and my time. I removed it from my whislist. It's sad that the Devs don't want my money, just because they don't bother to treat their gog buyers equally.

As long as they continue to remove features, they'll continue to lose potential buyers. Besides, as marketing and business vision they give a very bad image, specially compared to those who do bother (which luckily are quite a few nowadays).

No worries... I myself am a completist when it comes to content and I also don't wanna own something inferior/incomplete simply cause the devs wanna make a quick buck and cheapen out. This, however, keeps making GOG curation staff a laughing stock when you see what they do allow.

I can live with the lack of multiplayer... But lack of DLC?

Not Tonight ? name sound very familiar ..... ٩◔‿◔۶ ....
ah yes now it's all coming back: Steam had lot's of discussions ( if they aren't removed by now( or some of them )

Anyway: it seemed to be inspired by Papers Please. Politically themed games are not my cup of tea , unless 'bad actors' can be removed by good guys ( Jagged Alliance games are political in a certain way)

Normally I would too but when the game was released in 2018 I would say you'd better release it here complete.
DLC makes the game less of a slug it seems.

I would say we should not buy now but instead all contact the devs about those missing stuff and telling them that we WOULD buy it the moment they release the same version on GOG as well. Thanks for the warning as well, I am up to start contacting/requesting right now!

(From Steam announcement)
"We are planning to release another DLC - Bloody Moon - in January-February. This DLC is designed for those players who would like more action in the game. "

So we won't get this one as well, I persume. GOG, please do your homework and ask devs about such things. You are famous for refusing games so please put at least SOME pressure on devs. We have already far too many games on the "second class" list and you really should not add any more on it.

Only providing an easier difficulty option in a paid DLC is all kinds of BS either way.
Kinda curious, But isn't GOG doing false advertisement? seeing as when you go the games page it states GAME FEATURES: ''Multi-player'' and there isn't any.

If you really want to change something - fire away. I just contacted them. The more ask the higher the possibility we'll get what we want/deserve.

Yes, that IS false advertising - GOG probably did not even know since they get the game description from the devs.

Wouldn't be the first time. Remember Clustertruck?

Unfortunate that gog would start off the new year with a double whammy like this.
Already got a reply (only asked about the DLC):

"we do not promise yet, because not sure that it is possible.
as we will figure out with it we will bring it on GOG"

Sadly I wasn't around much during the Clustertruck release. but thanks for the info now that can also go on the list of never buy games.

They are waiting to see sales first and seeing as they already released a botched incomplete game I expect it to tank and them cutting support.
