just after where gog cut the trailer there's a page displayed with where to buy it "steam" "mac app store" "epic store" but no mention of gog
Nice, I would give this a try .....

GoG Debt : 140,-

To the wishlist!
Wishlisted. As soon as it goes on sale, I'll probably pick it up.
It is just a port of a absolutely mediocre mobile game and in my mind rather cheap. Licensing and whatelse is not what makes a game great, excuse me for my honesty. It is not even a racing game, rather a manager game with "racing content", which is surely not my thing.

For those looking for real racing stuff i would rather recommend Japanese Drift Master.

Sadly not many good racing games are on GOG but a few good ones are available.

I heard it still got technical issues (reason for weak ratings on Steam) but it comes probably closest to something like Sonys great GT series and available on GOG.
I will try it out soon enough, sadly i got a money issue... i can not buy it all and i paid to much already on games. I always have to set priorities and because of possible technical issues i was delaying this racing game.
Perhaps they will fix it at some point, it would be a waste not to show it some love.

The game is surely not for everyone and it got a lot of rough edges still, but with some more polishing... there is a lot of open potential.

Ah yeah... about GT manager... i wish some fun for those who dare but to me it is clear where i would place my bid and what is of "true potential" to me.

I assume it was originally not intended to be released on GOG because the release date on PC was actually 2. Juni, now we got the 7. July, so GOG had to wait over a month. My guess is, the game simply was not going to well on Steam and EGS, so GOG kinda was considered a barely valid option.

Japanese Drift Master on the other hand was here on launch (i missed it because i was on holiday) and GOG was considered on the advertisement, so they was taking GOG serious from the start.

GT Manager is probably a "okay" game with low PC demand (may be useful for many gamers with weak systems) for those who enjoy manager-games in general, but those who are JUST into racing... definitely look elsewhere, i may say.

Neat, a Spreadsheet Manager + Gran Turismo's B-Spec mode, just what I wanted for a truly hands off experience! [Dire, Sarcastic.]
Well, you can not expect playing on a phone using a racing wheel and even a gamepad is already a "luxury", so obviously the gameplay should be able to become "managed" single handed and the drivers hopefully will not need more than a few orders once in a while.

It is not my imagination of what i would call "gaming" but we all got different needs and obviously, whats not so much fun to me is way more fun to others.

I barely am playing racing sims anyway, if so... only the best of them. Sonys Gran Turismo was surely always something i was playing and the first i ever played. Now Japanese Drift Master seems another interesting racing game to me. There are a few more interesting racing-games (for example "Crash Time Undercover") but indeed, this genre is not really crowded yet... so we got a open spot for more great games.

Sure, Sonys Gran Turismo is not the most accurate if it comes to physics but it is with a good bit of RPG and custom, collecting cars, tuning it... simply feeling at home and trying everything out including taking all the challenges. Not much racing games are like this any i enjoy it. It is not all about "being way to realistic"... if i want maximum realism i would simply go drive my real car which is unmatched with realism. The point of a racing-game, for me... is to try out stuff you usually would be unable to execute in real world with countless restrictions and where every failure could lead to huge costs and huge risks. In a game... one click and the stuff can be repaired, another click and a new car will be ready... this is the big advantage of a game. It can be playful and it makes cars accessible like a big sandbox from a child without having consequences even Mister Musk would not be able to "tackle".

If realism is a matter, "Assetto Corsa" is probably one of the most accurate but so far we do lack it on GOG and i do no see it coming any time soon. However, this game is not very "playful", it is taking itself very serious.
