Let met get this straight. Everywhere else they're selling the full game, and have done so since day one, while here on GOG it's only the first part, and is the only store to ever do so? And it's sold with the exact same name, with only a relatively easy to miss warning in the game page about it being only the first part, instead of using a different name like, say, 'FATE: Reawakened Part 1' to clearly show it's not the full package?
No offense to GOG, but this is *beeping* stupid. This is only going to cause confusion and frustration, which will lead to low sales, and then we will be lucky if we ever get the rest of the game here. Basically, it will happen just like Andrzejef said. It would have been better not to sell FATE: Reawakened on GOG, than to sell a subpar version like this. This will hurt GOG's reputation, I believe.
And why did the devs went to the trouble of breaking up the game in parts just for GOG*? Surely it would have been easier to just release the full game at once, no? And if they ever release the rest of the game here, which doesn't seems likely, this will surely needlessly cause more complications that have never come up on the others stores.
I would have been interested, but I'm certainly not going to buy this until the rest is released, or at least confirmed to be released.
* Yes, I'm aware that FATE was originally in parts, but this remaster was, until now, always the full game.
