The big nowhere.

FAR: Lone Sails is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.
The world has gone completely quiet. Now it's just miles and miles of emptiness among the ruins of the great civilization that came before. But you still got something to cling on - your peculiar, steam-powered vehicle is ready to carry you further, where revelations lie in wait. Tinker and upgrade it along the way, taking in the desolate surroundings and pondering on what lies ahead.

MobiusArcher: Whats Ergo Proxy? XD

Exhodos: As Tarhiel said, it's an anime series, and there is this "ground ship", the Rabbit, and its traveling, which reminds me of this game.
You guys are just messing with me, right? Its hard to tell with text. My avatar IS Ergo Proxy, so I am quite familiar with the series. That was the joke.
Interesting. But that's about it.

Oh right, you've got me there. Well done!

mintee: this looks beautiful, i would love to just drive across the lands and sea exploring but that 'survival' tag has me worried it will be yet another rng death trap having to repeat over and over the same stuff, will keep my eye on it tho
Nope, no RNG or death traps etc. Reminded me slightly of an Amanita Designs game (Samarost 3). Worth getting, assuming you're not one of those people who insist on spending $1 for 1,000 hours of gameplay.

And how could we know that (until you didn´t wrote it)? You might just pick that picture up because you found it on the internet and fancy it :D
This game's title is just one letter away from being "FEAR".

I'm not trying to crap on it or anything - but like every time I've opened the store page over the past few days, I kept reading "FEAR" by mistake and my response is always "Oh man! It's one of my favorite FPS ever! ... Oh wait."

(Yes, I'm aware FEAR is already available on the store - but I can't help but get really excited whenever it's mentioned.)

I don't see how anyone could mistake this game for F.E.A.R.
The game page shows at least twelve different backgrounds which is eleven more that F.E.A.R.'s entire campaign. :P
It looks like the atmosphere comes across really nicely, but reviews say it's very short, without any kind of story and you would have to buy the artbook and the soundtrack extra. Considered all this, it may be a bit too expensive for the value it offers at the moment.
Sorry for the necro , but why don't we already have FAR: Changing Tides in the Gog catalog ? The game is on Steam since days .

Because the developers in all their "wisdom" slapped Denuvo on both Steam & Epic versions...

"Steam and Epic Game Store Versions require Denuvo Anti-Tamper DRM."

Having just watched someone's complete Let's Play of it, I was thinking "that was a nice movie, the single playthrough has shown all it has to offer and there's no replay value, but maybe I should chuck some cash to the developer because I've enjoyed the movie they created". It seems a really odd choice to put DRM on this, as in this case the Twitch and YouTube streams are effectively full copies of the game with the addition of the ability to rewind and rewatch a good bit.
