Yeah... from recent releases: The Hive, Creepy Tale 3, Wyvia, Virtual Rides and now this, all have Linux builds on Steam (some on Itch.io too) but not here. Pretty annoying.

Ganni1987: Linux version missing, not surprised.
The linux version will probably be there soon, they might be getting it ready still.

Hey everyone, I'm the dev.

GOG ran into an issue with their validation process for the Linux version, I'm just waiting for some clarification so I can begin to investigate on my end. I'm hoping to get it resolved ASAP so we can get it pushed out.

A dev that does it. :)
Don't forget to ask GOG about your "orange" status as a dev - much like the gog staff have blue text, devs / pubs can have orange to help denote them as official.
Fantastic game. Great it has been released here.

Thanks for chiming in, highly looking forward to it :-)
Is it VR compatible as in OpenXR without the SteamVR requirement?
Very cool. Kind of weird that the Mac system requirements say "10.14 and below only," as that doesn't seem to be the case. It's not 32-bit, which is what causes some older games to require 10.14 and below.
I picked this up on a whim and I love it. Probably the best racing game on GOG.

The Linux build is here and working (quick glance), thank you!
DRM-free multiplayer? It’s a nice surprise to see that on GOG!

Not perfectly. The Linux build seems to not work with controllers. The game wasn't able to detect my Xinput controller, despite using that same controller for playing the Windows version through WINE.

Hmm... strange. Did a few tests this morning with a fresh install of BallisticNG (version 1.3.3.1) on an up-to-date Arch Linux install:
- Microsoft X-Box 360 pad: works wired
- Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller: works wired and wireless
- SONY DUALSHOCK 4 v2 Wireless Controller: works wired, could not test wireless due to a bug in BlueZ that should be fixed in an upcoming release
- Steam Controller: works wired and wireless (had to use sc-controller to emulate a Xbox 360 controller though)

It also worked on my Steam Deck in Desktop Mode :/

Interesting, 1.3.3.1 just released. I was testing this on 1.3.3b. Maybe they fixed it.
