Assault Spy is now available DRM-free. Get it 50% off until September 11th, 1pm UTC.

Dash, evade, and smash your way to the truth as the corporate spy, Asaru; or the reckless CIA agent, Amelia! Uncover the dark secrets of the Negabot mega corporation as you save the company from a hostile takeover. Assault Spy is a stylish, fast paced, pure-action game with a dash of comedy.
Ok now, this game has to be made by ex-p+ people. Looks very interesting, albeit a little bit too "anime-ish".

+1
Three releases today and three must buys for me. Damn GOG!
Is it just me or does it have some resemblance to good old Oni?
I'll keep an eye on this.
I feel like the fact it's published by NIS America, Inc. should excite some regulars here.

It's been on Steam for a while now.

And just like Marvelou/Xseed, they don't mind publishing other titles on GOG, but not their own IP -_-

I already have it on Steam, but I still double dipped because it was half price and I get to have it DRM-Free. It's also a push for these Japanese compagnies to wake up and smell the opportunity to expend.

Why? Who actually got this game here, NISA or Wazen? Looks like a game that would be amusing to watch but way too frustrating to play. Would buying this game in spite of my dislike for action games bring Disgaea PC or any other such game here? I doubt it. I didn't buy Ys, either, even though it's at least a little more like an RPG. The only NISA title I own on gog is Caligula Effect, which doesn't work for me (actually, it barely works long enough for me to see that they didn't bother translating the written background text, so I expect there will be a lot more that I don't understand), so basically less than nothing. And to think, in the PS2 days, I loved NISA.

Edit: also, why would anyone buy games just because of who published/developed them? The only times I've done that was because I didn't know what I was getting, and assumed it would be more of the same. A game that is obviously not the same should be treated as such.

I thought exactly the same thing. Oni was very underrated and I'd love to see it here.
50% launch discount? I have no clue about this game but I wouldn't mind if other games would follow that example.
The music in the trailer is great and the combat look fun. At 50% discount, tempted to buy right away and just try it.
This game looks cool. I'm gonna buy it. I love anime games. I'm still sad that there won't be any Senran Kagura games on GOG. I'm a big fan of that series.
