Showgunners is a cyberpunk, turn-based strategy set in a dystopian future where corporations rule and a brutal reality show is the hottest entertainment property in town. You play as Scarlett Martillo, a contestant out for revenge. To win, you must navigate dangerous urban arenas packed with lethal traps and face off against hordes of heavily-armed psychopaths.

Now its latest 5 cosmetic DLCs are available on GOG: Scarlett Costume: Fierce Mama, Weapon Reskin: Raging Inferno, Weapon Reskin: Magical Girl, Scarlett Costume: G.I., Scarlett Costume: Goth GF.

Here’s what you can expect in each of these cosmetic installments.

Scarlett Costume: Fierce Mama: Let out Scarlett's inner beast by sporting a Leopard print jacket with the Fierce Mama costume.

Scarlett Costume: G.I.: With the G.I. costume Scarlett is decked out in full urban camo gear, ready for anything!

Scarlett Costume: Goth GF: Become a queen of darkness with this goth themed outfit, hair color and matching makeup.

Weapon Reskin: Magical Girl: Fight for love and justice and punish your foes with the Magical Girl weapon reskin.

Weapon Reskin: Raging Inferno: Rain down hellfire with the fiery hot weapon reskin Raging Inferno.

Check them out and enjoy the game’s great gameplay with additional, super cool aesthetics!
I remember when I was younger, you could download free units and maps for Total Annihilation on Cavedog's website. I remember playing the event maps for Warcraft 3.

But I'm a boomer.

Pfft. I remember when extra outfits were a reward just for playing a game, beating challenges, or finding special hidden items.

Horse armor can go to fucking hell. Thanks, Bethesda MBA twats.
I'm not a huge fan of cosmetics being paid DLCs.

But what I'm even more not a fan of is St*** having content that GOG does not for the same identical games.

So I'm glad they fixed that issue with Showgunners and brought the missing content to GOG, as opposed to having GOG customers be forever deprived of that content.
okay, good, in as far as they are here. the topic of paid for cosmetics is another issue. i'll grab them, because...

@F4LL0UT
WILL THE DELUXE SKIN BE AVAILABLE SOLO ONE DAY TOO? and if not, make the deluxe pack reflect an upgrade price for existing owners. pay the difference only if you want to get that later.

I agree with every sentence 100%. Yes, MTX are bad, but at least it's not Steam-Exclusive.

I'm still annoyed that the Mafia trilogy is missing some content because we "can't sign in with a 2k account". We shouldn't have to sign in, release that content as DLCs!

Them times they be changing, sadly. Selling cosmetics is par for the course now.

Nothing says "we believe in the game's core mechanics" like selling cosmetics right off the bat...
I wish games with any number of DLC were listed collectively on the store page.

[DLC] Panzer Corps 2 [Thumbnail]
item1
item2
item3
item4

This way only one item per game will have to be displayed on the store page. Tags should also be added to identify the nature of content: Cosmetic, Essential, Extra(s) so they can be filtered as per preference.

The main benefits are that the number of pages will dramatically shrink, especially helpful during large sales events - being able to display DLC without getting swamped with hundreds of individual items, and an improved customer experience which probably leads to an increased number of sales. A lower number of options could also potentially help customers suffering from what's called decision paralysis. Maybe they then become able to decide on buying a handful of games, instead of adding and removing items and basically wasting time and potentially missing out on a great deal.

Pfff I remember a time when there were no extra outfits in the first place. You got your combat suit at the beginning of the game and would wear until the end ... and the girl would still hug you at the end of the game after beating the endboss, despite your smell.
No offence, F4LL0UT, but you might want to inform your marketing department that selling cosmetic DLCs might also hurt one's bottom line.

I had wishlisted the game when it came out, but since I don't support this kind of practice, I am now unwishlisting the game. You have lost a game sale --- hopefully, you'll be able to sell 30 DLCs to compensate for this loss.

Sorry and good luck.

Who is this "F4LL0UT" that everyone's responding to? Did they delete their post?
