If the base game is regionally locked, the DLC is unsurprisingly locked as well. :\

>>> Postal 2: Paradise Lost [DLC] is regionally locked in DE
high rated
It's been a couple of days now and no one seems to have noticed it (quite understandable, as I suspect no one is actively monitoring post-legacy games for regional blocking), so I thought I'd just post it here, in case someone's interested.

The following seven items are blocked in Saudi Arabia (SA) since 2 August 2018:
- Mafia II: Director's Cut
- Mafia III
- Mafia III Deluxe Edition
- Mafia III: Family Kick Back Pack
- Mafia III: Faster, Baby!
- Mafia III: Sign of the Times
- Mafia III: Stones Unturned

Can't buy The Bureau: XCOM® Declassified™ in Ukraine

You can't buy it once you've placed it in your shopping cart, or you cannot even see the gamecard in the first place?

In my shopping card I have disabled the order button and the notification that I can't buy this game in my region.

Then it is not locked in your region. If it were, you wouldn't even see the gamecard and thus couldn't put the game in your cart.

There must be something either with the website or with your paying options. You'd better open a support ticket.

Hm, should I not trust my eyes? As I said I have exactly the warning above the game list that (quote): "You cannot proceed with your order because game The Bureau: XCOM® Declassified™ is not allowed to be sold in your country of residence.". Does it not mean locked?

Oh, my bad, sorry. I didn't think you meant that you were getting a warning *literally* saying that you couldn't buy the game in your region. This must be a new, then. Up until now, regionally blocked games had their game card unavailable to anyone in the blocked regions.

PS: Just to be absolutely clear: do you get the The Bureau: XCOM Declassified gamecard when clicking this link, or do you get redirected to GOG's homepage?

It is possible to go to the game card by your link and add this to the shopping cart, the button is active. But after it, I can't buy as described above.
Screenshot attached, my IP geolocation is Ukraine.

P.S. To be clear it is owned because I bought it without a problem after connected over vpn, thus it is locked exactly for Ukraine.

Fair enough, thanks for the clarification. :)

Then, as I said, this must be a new one for GOG, as up until now they regionally locked games in certain parts of the world by not letting you access the gamecard.

Soldier of Fortune and Soldier of Fortune: Payback are region locked in Germany.
Strangely SoF2 is not.

Another thing - they don't show up in the search or catalogue, but with a direct link (like in the announcement) the game pages are actually visible. I just can't add them to the cart.

Soldier of Fortune 1 = indexed as uncut international AND cut german edition
Soldier of Fortune Payback = forbidden / confiscated for violation of §131 StGB for it's violence and indexed

Soldier of Fortune 2 = has an uncut USK-18 classification for the console port, the PC original was without classification (Activision had no balls at the beginning), but it was NEVER indexed

Thanks, good to know. Strange that the console port got away with a rating unless it's really less "detailed".

Nope, but it seems Activision had no hope for SOF2 on release and did not give it to the USK uncut (as the cut version was indexed a few years before, too). The console port came 1-2 years later, at that time the USK was more relaxed seeing violence, if it was comically overdone...
