How do you start the Ravenloft actual play screens? It's just frozen at the intro screen but enter doesn't work, nor arrows or escape. Shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!

You have to go into the Ravenloft subforum or contact the support and tell them all the details, including your dxdiag results file. :)

We'll, the principle is that you let the intro play, have a couple of title screens, then get a menu that allows you to start or continue a game.

If your screen freezes during the into, try "alt-ENTER" to shift to windowed doxbox mode .

Other than that , without ID of your OS or any indication on the hardware you operate, quite difficult to say anything....

Try disabling your anti-virus software.

A lot of the times anti-virus software ends up deleting game files that are needed to successfully run the game.
