It's almost kind of sad, really. Here's a guy who always says he's not scared of any authority, or, as he puts it "forum cops", and mocks everyone who tries to keep the peace or otherwise do something nice like hold a giveaway or prevent somebody from being scammed...and now he's quivering at even the remotest smacking of getting banned. Because he knows that, if anybody on here gets the boot, it'll be him. He's on the top of everyone's list for how much he's harassed people.

Yes, but unlike Konrad, Fables actually actively wishes to hear our feedback and seems to intend to take an active role (notice how Tauto almost laughed at/mocked Konrad when he showed up and continued his act, and now suddenly stopped his normal schedule of trolling since Fable's arrived). Konrad jumped the gun, whereas Fables has stated that he/she wants to get a sense of the whole picture before passing judgement. If you look at the whole picture, it's impossible NOT to think Tauto deserves some sort of punishment, whether it be a warning, a temp ban, or a full boot. There's simply too many people, all regular or long-time forum members, who've had to deal with the constant irritation he caused, and have pages and pages of proof against him. Lord knows how much I alone have got thanks to the months upon months he's stalked and insulted me across every single thread he spots me in, even though I've already agreed not to respond to him if he'd quit bothering me (which he hasn't, of course).
Maybe you would get a warning and Tauto gets nothing if looking at the short-term (you recently had a few angry rants, Tauto's brought a full halt to his normal trolling), which Konrad did, but the long-term, which Fables stated he/she'd be doing?

Although, to be fair, ciomalau has every right to post a review, and Konrad DID say that it'd be "taken into consideration" rather than "allowed" if flagged. I'm sure the staff isn't stupid enough to let the review through if it's...let's just say "normal" ciomalau content.

But this accusation ciomalau is making and Konrad supporting him in his bias against TinyE is .......... I have no words for it!
It really sounds like hat Konrad is still holding a grudge against TinyE and the forum. p1na no comment as no info and you know me zeogold ;). Konrads wording is IMHO really bad chosen. He could have and shall have used other words with his history in mind.
Example: In case your preview is getting reported as a false positive dadada. But this IMHO snippy remark "by the forum".....really makes you wonder......(I only read recently the outcry of the proposed banning of TInyE, hence still in mind)

But maybe just bad wording onto such an UNPROVEN and false accuse!

To be fair, I can't imagine he got very nice comments after that little mishap. It was no doubt an honest mistake and probably not a very big deal, but he chose possibly the worst person out of everyone here to pick on, the unofficial forum mascot himself.

Konrad isn't kicking anyone anymore, that's why I don't mention his name when I tell that story. I think we can leave him alone now. My point wasn't that he did it, my point was that anyone could do it if they didn't bother to take in the whole picture before acting.
