Both these games look pretty neat-o to me. And I can probably get one of them. But only one.

Anybody play these and can talk about them?

For instance, I played Myst back in the day, but it has not been my favorite puzzle adventure type game. I found it sometimes obtuse, non-logical and clunky. Has Obduction avoided these pitfalls? Is Quern different?

Thanks for your help.
I found Obduction to be a lot easier than Myst or Riven, almost disappointingly so. But then I liked the difficulty of Myst and especially Riven.

I haven't played Quern yet but I'm looking forward to hearing from others.

EDIT: However clunky Myst was I'm not sure how you can characterise it as illogical. The King's Quest games are illogical, Myst is extremely logical.

Bought both in the last sale but only played Quern so far. Personally I would really recommend it, its quite lengthy, filled with good puzzles and the overall atmosphere is very Myst-like. Really liked it.
Difficulty is only moderate though, not many puzzles actually require you to write something down for example. They're all pretty logical too id say, with enough hints to give you an idea what to do. There were two or three that required good observation of the surroundings, so you might end up searching the place again to find them, nothing excruciatingly difficult though.

Only played Obduction for an hour so far seems fine, although the setting didn't really get me as immersed as Querns yet. But I definitely intend to play through it...
