Yesterday I claimed and redeemed various games from the Prime Gaming site from Amazon/Twitch, at the time a message appeared "due to high traffic your game will take time to appear" or similar, today the games I redeemed are still missing from my library in GOG. the codes to theses games expire at certain dates so I want an update of when is GOG gonna add them to my library or to check on this problem if its supposed to have been solved

I claimed a bunch of games yesterday as well but they did show up in my account this morning so they were added during the night for me.

I would say either trying to refresh your library, wait a little longer, or send in a ticket to at least confirm they codes have been properly redeemed.

I never had problems when redeeming keys before.
But since yesterday I'm trying to redeem 1 key (Berserker Boy) and can't too.
Maybe its the high demand on the servers because weekend after a sale, people downloading and redeeming their games, etc.

What Is strange is that I already redeemed the same key 3 times, after waiting between redeems.
So it seems the redemption of keys are not being registered server side.
No idea if this is the same problem people were experiencing in the past.

Having this exact same problem, every GOG key from amazon.

They always take a few hours to show up after being redeemed, and when the keys are initially released, it sometimes goes snafu as people rush to go redeem them. I've had problems multiple times.

I've always found that just waiting a few hours, or a day, and then trying again fixes the problem.

If you wait a day after the keys are released to redeem, and then wait a day after that to actually show up on your shelf, it seems to work out.

Annoying, but then again.... free. Hard to complain about free.

I just redeemed Blood Omen and it is taking its time. That sucks, but it's no big deal. You can wait a bit. You probably have another game to pass the time with.

I know GoG is processing the redeems asynchronously since a few months but this time a different issue is happening. It starts processing the request but even after few hours the games do not appear on the library. I think tried to redeem the same key 3-4 times but still no luck. I'll wait tonight then I may file a ticket if the problem persists. I don't wanna bother the staff too much because it's probably a known issue. It would be nice if they acknowledged such issue and tweeted/announced it on the main page though.

would those free redeemed games in my library be labeled "[...] - Amazon Prime" like on the redeem page?

No. They just appear in the library as every other game. The Amazon Prime part only shows up when you are redeeming.

Happening to me also.

Yesterday my 7am redemptions didn't arrive until sometime around 3pm.

I put the codes through once, they appeared in my account albeit many hours later. The servers are heavily queued, not broken, so you'll just have to wait.

yeah i did the same hours ago but i will check tomorrow, and hopefully they will finally pop up.
