A shattered mind cuts deeper.

Sundered, a terrifying dash into the heart of darkness and insanity, is now available for pre-order, DRM-free on GOG.com with a 10% discount and the game's OST as pre-order bonuses.

Horrible things skitter and slither in the cavernous depths, waiting to swallow you whole or just suck out any remnants of your soul. The parts you haven't yet surrendered, anyway. Because when things get scary, you will be tempted to channel corrupted powers against the massive monstrosities standing in your way, at the cost of your humanity. Can you resist their dark embrace?

Sundered is scheduled for release on July 28.

EDIT: The Jotun: Valhalla Edition giveaway has now ended.

Just a clarification.
And a notification.

Thanks for the great gift Thunder Lotus & GOG! Also, about Sundered, not sure about the gameplay but it sure looks gorgeous!

Smannesman: It isn't your giveaway though, it's the developers giveaway.
It's free on Steam too.
Sir, you really have a weird way to say "thanks".

Thanks for the freebie LTG & GOG. :)

Will certainly check Sundered out ... looks interesting.

Zoidberg: Neat to see this here. Price is off puting though, as usual.

But curious how this one turns out.

Thanks for Jotun though! ;)
Just curious, what's the price in Belgium?
I pre-ordered Sundered, since it was one of the games in the 'Upcoming' tab I was following; plus, I do think we should reward indie devs like Thunder Lotus Games, who made an amazing job with Jotun, always improving on it and keeping it up-to-date on GOG. I won't pre-order anything from a studio that previously treated me like a second class customer (especially for favoring buying my games on GOG), but these guys, along with a few others I could mention, definitely deserve my trust and support.

Also, even though I already had the game, thank you so much for the Jotun giveaway! It's a truly great game in which a lot of care, attention to detail, love and effort were poured, and that shows. If you don't already own Jotun, now is a great time to nab it, it's an excellent game if you're a fan of the genre -- or if you just want to gawk in awe at the superb hand drawn animation.

I wonder about that, myself... prices in Belgium must be *really* high, since pretty much all this dude does is to come to most pre-order/release threads and complain about the prices.

Thank you Thunder Lotus Games!
I also want to chip in a big thanks for the freebie.

Jotun is one of those games that was on my radar, but was borderline whether or not it would run on my machine, so I never took the risk to purchase it during any of the recent sales. So seeing it for free is quite lovely. Now if it doesn't run well enough, at least I'm not out of pocket for the cost of the game.
I wander if roguelike elements can be turned off in Sundered. The animation looks very beautiful but I'm not a fan of roguelikes (in fact I've never played any roguelike I liked). Same goes for procedural generated levels but these are more bearable.

Thank you for the free game!

I have no clue how many roguelike elements Thunder Lotus is including in Sundered, but from I can see in trailers and screenshots, it doesn't seem to be that many. I think that if you enjoy metroidvanias, you should be good to go with Sundered. Then again, I haven't played the game, so I honestly don't know. Just to be safe, put it on your wishlist and wait for reviews when the game releases.
