A desperate fight for life is near! Wasteland 3 is now available for pre-order, DRM-free. The third part of a famous post-apocalyptic saga from Deep Silver and inXile Entertainment is coming to us on 19th May 2020. Pre-order Wasteland 3 comes along with Colorado Survival Gear DLC.

Wasteland 3 is a squad-based roleplaying game that takes us to Colorado, some time after the devastating events of a nuclear war. As a Desert Ranger, you must struggle to defend the fragile civilization from enemies – the blood-thirsty gangs and fanatic cultists.

Tarhiel: Very glad that Microsoft decided to release W3 here as well.
This gives me hope that Outer Worlds and other InXile&Obsidian games will find its way here :)
Why no Outer Worlds here? :(
inXile's previous track history with their games already had me holding off on preordering/fig backing Wasteland 3.
Post Microsoft buyout, even more uncertain about Wasteland 3 and inXile's ability to deliver.

Its an epic exclusive. Maybe 6 month to a year after its release there. See it from the bright side; it will most likely very polished by then :)
No way i'm paying £54.99.

No.
Way.
I was interested before they sold out and became part of Microsoft... and then doubled-down by defending it as a good move for everyone involved. Yeah. Blow me.

I contacted 3 of those Devs that MS bought up last year.
2 replied back saying the nature of their contract meant they as developers had full control over where and which platforms they release on and have no intention of stopping their support of GoG.
Third didn't reply
It looks quite nice, but is quite expensive. Will have to try to get round to playing the second one which is on the backlog before making a decision. Again with the preorder stuff though, will that be available post launch?

I am sure it will, but probably paid for DLC.
Also, if you would wait for a Complete Edition, it will be added for sure ;)

This is an awesome news, thank you.
Definitely gonna buy more of their games here, looking forward to it.

Wishlisted. I hope this time the Spamish translation is more similar to The Bard's Tale IV than Torment:Tides of Numenara (unplayable in Spansih). The Bard's tale IV had a few translation mistakes, but at least it was playable.

Now we just have to wait for Epic's exclusivity with Obsidian to end. Outter Worlds on GOG... Tick tock, Tick tock..

"Pa" la lista deseados que va. Y la traducción con lupa a mirar, como la vuelvan a cagar como con Tormet, rayos y truenos les van a llover. Espero que sea algo más parecida a la del Bard's 4 porque no espero nada perfecto de InXile en tema de traducciones.

Ahora solo falta que Outter Worlds salga aquí cuando la "espiche" la esclusividad de Epic. Tic tac, Tic tac...
I'm still waiting for the Wasteland 1 Remaster "30th Anniversary Edition"... first announced for early 2019, now for Q4 2019. Last entry on the inXile forums by an employee was from mid-October and said "very soon".
low rated
Preorder 55Gb of futility and mediocrity.
I will never pre order a game, and probably won't ever buy one with pre order bonusses unless at a huge discount.
Shame, I was really interested in this game.

50% off? 75% or bust, with the number of hours in my backlog I can outlast until the game turns retro if I have to.

I would like to laugh, but I can't.
My backlog of games is so enormous even if I stopped buying games right now I would have enough games (if played properly) to last a full lifetime. Which wouldn't be that bad if I was still my teens or even 20s.
I am seriously beginning to think I have to focus on playing more games to manage to play a good portion of them before I die of old age (if I make it that far that is).
And that's without considering games I will buy in the future.

Oh my, I didn't know this was a thing, or perhaps I forgot about it.
As I have never played either of the first two games, I wonder if I should wait for the remastered of the first before I touch them.

Good chance it's a day 1 on MS Game Pass so might be able to play it for $1 if they have a deal at the time

Spent $1 total to play both The Outer Worlds and State of Decay 2 on release so far xD
